The day in October 2018 that my fiance and I decided my house was going to be too small for our new blended family we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. We needed a Realtor. A good Realtor.
I knew what a “bad” realtor was since that’s what I had when I purchased my house originally, so this time, the experience had to be different; better, much better. We did our homework and settled on interviewing two Realtors who served the New Tampa area, Cat was one of them.
Upon meeting Cat, she was very approachable, easy to talk to and most importantly very professional. She came to our first meeting prepared with comparable homes that had sold in my neighborhood and a plan of action as to how she would handle our needs. She was confidant, honest and highly knowledgeable but with the most comforting and reassuring attitude I’d ever encountered in a real estate professional. She was easy to reach and highly responsive to our hundred-thousand questions. When I would get frustrated with my buyer’s unreasonable demands she quenched my frustration with the utmost professionalism and caring.
She SOLD my house in one week at almost full asking price. I couldn’t be happier with her service, her kindness and her level of expertise during this highly emotional life transaction. I value her knowledge, her calm disposition and her creativity in making everyone happy in the process.
Through this experience, we’ve not only obtained a Realtor for life, but a trusted friend as well.
